Morgan recently joined Bader Rutter & Associates as a Content Developer in August 2012. In this position, Morgan writes news releases, newsletters, social media posts and helps to plan and carry out events and tradeshows.

She grew up in Northern California in a proactive agricultural household. She graduated in May of 2012 from the University of Missouri-Columbia, earning her degree in Science & Agricultural Journalism with an emphasis in Equine Science. Morgan has work experience in animal health, animal nutrition, biotechnology and biofuels. She is thankful for her experiences in internships and the diverse experience they have given her.

In May 2011, she started as the Equine Marketing Intern with Pfizer Animal Health to act as a liaison between the advertising agency and the marketing department. She was also the manager of the equine team’s SharePoint site. This internship concluded in June 2012, providing more time for Morgan to focus on her summer internship with Novus.

In January 2012, she started as the Communications Intern with the National Biodiesel Board to help manage national media at the biodiesel annual conference and enhance their social media presence. Morgan concluded this internship in May 2012 to focus on concluding her Pfizer externship and starting her Novus intership.

This May 2012, Morgan started as the Global Beef and Dairy Marketing Intern for Novus International. At Novus, Morgan designed a promotional piece for the World Dairy Expo, evaluated the Beef market in South Africa and hosted a German colleague for technical training among a wide variety of other tasks.

One of Morgan’s most unique traits is her passion. This is displayed in her love for agriculture and helping people. Every day, she is energized and driven by these two passions.
